Returns and Refunds

At Trust Panda we maintain the chain of custody for all the products we sell as we know your security is important to you. For this reason there are limited circumstances in which we accept returns for incorrect product selection or change of mind.

These terms only apply for orders from trustpanda.eu - if you purchased from another global store, please contact them directly for assistance.

Returns

If your order has not yet been dispatched

Please contact us urgently by phone on +36 1 229 8299 so that we can intercept your order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

Within 14 Days

If you simply changed your mind, and the product is in original packaging and unopened, please email customer service at support@trustpanda.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the number place the item securely in the original packaging and mail the item to the address provided by the customer service team.

You have a maximum of 14 days to post the item after receipt of the RMA number. Returns received outside this period will not be accepted.

Faulty Products

In addition to any warranty provided by the manufacturer of the products we sell, you have consumer rights afforded to you by the EU. You always have the right to a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase at no cost.

Shipping for Returns

If you are shipping an item over HUF17,500 (EUR45), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The item is your responsibility until it is received at Trust Panda.

Refunds

Processing Times

Where you are eligible for a refund, Trust Panda will process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the eligible return. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund but you have received your notification - first check with your credit card provider or your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
