The Trust Panda Enterprise Service gives your IT and procurement teams one account for hardware security keys across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North America and India. We hold the stock in six regional distribution centres, handle the taxes, ship to each person's door and plug into your identity platform and systems.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Exceptions are Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam and countries under sanctions or embargo.
Direct to employee delivery
Most YubiKey rollouts stall at the same point: a box of keys arrives at head office and someone has to work out how to get them to two hundred people working from home, in branch offices, or overseas.
We remove that step. Employees claim their own key by signing in with Single Sign On, IT admins order on behalf of a user in the portal, or you integrate our ordering API into your HR or IT onboarding tools so a key ships the moment a new starter is created. Each key is packed, addressed and shipped individually from the distribution centre for that region. Your team never touches a parcel.

Supported countries and local taxes
Trust Panda is registered for tax in each region where we operate a distribution centre. Orders to those regions are delivered locally, inclusive of applicable taxes, with nothing to pay on receipt. Orders shipped from a distribution centre into another country are Delivered Duty Paid where supported, with duties and taxes quoted before you approve, so employees never get a bill at the door. Invoices are issued in your preferred currency. We do not ship to Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam, or to countries under sanctions or embargo.

Every product is stocked in all six locations, so a global order does not have to wait for one region to catch up: YubiKey 5 Series (USB-A, USB-C, NFC, Nano), YubiKey 5 FIPS Series (FIPS 140-3), Security Key Series by Yubico, YubiKey Bio Series, YubiHSM 2 and accessories.
Firmware matters for enterprise deployments. We record the firmware version of every batch we receive and can supply a single consistent firmware version across a rollout, or reserve stock against a phased schedule so later tranches match the first.

The enterprise portal sits inside your existing identity and procurement stack rather than beside it. Your people sign in with the credentials they already have, and your systems can place and track orders without anyone opening a browser.
Single sign-on
SAML 2.0 and OIDC federation with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and any standards-compliant identity provider. Roles (approver, orderer, viewer) map from your groups. Offboard a user in your directory and their portal access ends at the same moment.
REST API
Create orders, add recipients, query stock, retrieve tracking and download invoices. Authenticated with scoped API keys or OAuth client credentials. Webhooks for order.shipped, order.delivered and order.returned.

Prepaid balances cover the keys themselves. Duties, taxes and shipping for prepaid customers are invoiced monthly in arrears, so the balance is not eroded by variable delivery costs. You can start on Pay Per Order and move to Prepaid or Post Paid later without changing anything else about your account. Pricing is approved once and applies to every region you order in, and every model is invoiced in the currency your finance team prefers.
What a typical order looks like
From approved account to keys in hands, most rollouts follow the same six steps. The portal does the coordination; your team makes two decisions: what to buy and who gets it.
Sign in to the enterprise portal
Through Okta, Entra ID or your own IdP. Your role determines what you can see and do. No separate passwords to manage or revoke.
Choose products and quantities
Your approved enterprise price list is already loaded. Stock levels are shown per distribution centre so you know what ships today and what is on the next inbound.
Tell us who gets a key
Ship everything to one office, let employees claim a key themselves after signing in with SSO, have an IT admin order on behalf of a user, or trigger the order from your HR or IT onboarding tools through the API. Add your organisation name to the label here if you want it shown.
Approve and reference
Orders can require a second approver from your side. Attach a PO number or cost centre codes so the invoice reconciles without a chase.
We pick, pack and ship
Each parcel leaves the distribution centre for its region with the correct tax treatment for its destination. Tracking appears in the portal and via webhook as it moves.
Invoice and enrolment
The invoice arrives per your purchasing model. Delivery confirmations tell your identity team who has a key in hand, so enrolment in Okta, Entra or your PKI can start.

Are the keys genuine and covered by warranty?
Yes. Trust Panda is a Yubico Gold Certified Partner and official reseller. All keys are new, in original Yubico packaging, and carry the full manufacturer warranty in each region we ship to.
Can we specify a firmware version?
Yes, subject to stock. We record firmware per inbound batch and can reserve consistent stock for a phased rollout. FIPS 140-3 stock is available for government and regulated customers.
How is employee address data handled?
Recipient data is used only to deliver the parcel and is held under our ISO/IEC 27001 certified management system. Data is stored in the region of the distribution centre that ships the order and deleted on a schedule you agree with us. Our Trust Center has the full detail.
Which countries can you not ship to?
Turkey, Indonesia and Vietnam, and any country subject to sanctions or trade embargo. Everywhere else is served either by a regional distribution centre or from Australia, with coverage confirmed per country when you request a quote.
Is there a minimum order or commitment?
No. Pay Per Order has no minimum. Prepaid and Post Paid pricing tiers are based on the volume you expect over a year, and you can change models as the rollout matures.
Do you support YubiEnterprise Subscription?
Yes. If a subscription model suits you better than owning the keys, we can quote Yubico's subscription alongside our delivery service so you get the same direct to employee logistics either way.
