14 Day Return Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

In order to be eligible for return the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return your goods you must first contact our Customer Support Team. They will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) Number and address to return your parcel to. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Packages that are returned without a RA Number will be returned to sender and may require you to resend them once you have approval.

Consumer Guarantees

Products you order from Trust Panda come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Hungarian and EU Law.

Products sold by Trust Panda typically cost less than HUF100,000 (EUR 250 Approx). These products come with a consumer guarantee period of one year. Products valued between HUF100,000 and HUF250,000 (EUR250-EUR600 Approx) come with a consumer guarantee period of two years.

If a product you experience a fault with a product purchased from Trust Panda our Customer Support Team will be happy to help you organise return of your product for assessment.

Please contact our Customer Support Team to arrange your return for assessment.

If required we will then repair, replace or refund your product within 8 days of receipt.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products you purchase from Trust Panda come with Manufacturer's Warranties. These warranties are provided to you in addition to any consumer guarantees that you are entitled to. Our Customer Support Team will assist you in identifying any additional coverage you have from a manufacturer's warranty if you experience a fault with a product purchased from Trust Panda.

Important Return Information

You must not return a package without first contacting Trust Panda Customer Support. Packages returned to Trust Panda without a Return Authorisation (RA) Number will be rejected.
