Shipping
When you order from Trust Panda your delivery options will depend on your location. We currently offer:
- Local Pickup (Budapest)
- Domestic Delivery (Hungary)
- Europe (EU Single Market Countries Only)
- Ukraine (We ship only to unoccupied areas of Ukraine, your order will be subject additional checks prior to dispatch to ensure we maintain compliance with continuously updated sanctions on the Russian Federation)
If you require a YubiKey and are located outside the above locations, you have the following options when sourcing:

Local Pickup
If you select local pickup and the products you have ordered are in-stock your order will be available for collection from our Budapest office. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection, orders are typically available for collection on the next business day. Our collection hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm excluding National Holidays.

Hungary
If your order is being shipped within Hungary, your parcel will be shipped via DPD Parcel Delivery. Most packages within Hungary will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
European Union (excluding Hungary)
If your order is being shipped within the EU (excluding Hungary), your parcel will be shipped via DPD Parcel Delivery. Most packages are delivered within 5 business days.
Important Shipping Information
We will always ship your package to the address or parcel box you have selected at check out. You will receive confirmation of dispatch and tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Where parcels are returned to Trust Panda due to incorrect or incomplete addressing information being provided or where you fail to collect the package within the nominated timeframe, we will cancel and refund your order less any applicable shipping charges automatically on receipt of the returned package. You will need to reorder should you still require your products.
We cannot redirect parcels to a new address once the package has been dispatched. Depending on your location, the carrier may offer you the option to redirect your package to a more convenient location - Trust Panda is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to redirection of your packages if you elect to redirect your package after it has been dispatched.
